Mark is an experienced global executive with over 35 years’ experience in the software industry, with over 20 years in the cloud. He has held global leadership roles in sales, marketing, services, business development, and as COO for several of SAP’s cloud business units for the last ten years.
Mark has worked for large and small companies and startups, and he brings an entrepreneurial approach to driving growth and innovation. Since joining SAP in 2003, Mark has been incredibly fortunate to have worked with highly talented and diverse people across many different business areas of SAP.
For the last three years, Mark has been Chief Operating Officer for SAP SuccessFactors, where he is responsible for driving overall Operational Excellence, Sales Operations, Sales Development, and Partner Ecosystem functions.
