Colleen Chulis is a strategic sales leader with a strong track record of driving growth and delivering exceptional results. Colleen's expertise spans across various disciplines critical for successful businesses today, including leadership & talent development, brand strategy, and technology integration.
In her current role as Group Vice President of Large Enterprise and Public Sector Sales at Dayforce, Colleen leads strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and expand market presence. Prior to this, she served as the Regional Vice President of SAP SuccessFactors for Regulated Industries in the US, where she and her team doubled revenue within the last 3 years, demonstrating her ability to drive remarkable success in highly competitive markets.
Before joining SAP in 2018, Colleen held the position of Vice President of Sales at TransPerfect, where she led a global team focused on the life sciences sector, driving business expansion across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
Residing in Charlottesville, Virginia, Colleen is an active member of her community, supporting her husband as he leads the University of Virginia Men’s Soccer team. Alongside her husband Matt, Colleen is a proud parent to three energetic and athletic children – Luke (13), Adelle (11), and Declan (8). Committed to making a positive impact, Colleen is dedicated to volunteer work, particularly with the refugee community in Charlottesville. She also serves as a Board Member for Stepping Stone Charlottesville.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Colleen graduated summa cum laude from Elon University in North Carolina, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Spanish.
