Ben Elms was appointed Chief Revenue Officer, Expereo and member of the executive committee in January 2022, reporting to CEO, Irwin Fouwels. He is responsible for the customer and commercial activities of enterprise and wholesale business globally.
Ben brings more than 20 years of operational expertise and leadership in the telecommunications industry to Expereo, gained in a variety of roles spanning Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Americas. Prior to joining Expereo, Ben led the Vodafone Global Enterprise business as Group Director and Chief Executive Officer, where he first joined its operations in 2004.
Ben is a champion of sales and operational excellence, business turnaround, and continuous improvement, with extensive experience supporting global organizations. He is a firm believer that the way you sell and the way you serve is the only source of sustainable differentiation in business and is fascinated by the potential of digital technologies to solve customer challenges and create new business opportunities.
